Objective

Every agent starts with a job description, not a prompt. We define the outcomes it is accountable for, how success is measured, and what falls outside its mandate. An agent without a clear objective is an expense; an agent with one is an employee.

Context

The business reality the agent operates in: your priorities, your rules, your constraints, your tone. Context is what separates a generic model from a system that behaves like it works for you.

Knowledge

The data and documents that ground every decision — connected, indexed and kept current. The agent answers from your reality, cites its sources, and knows what it doesn't know.

Tools

The systems the agent can call on: your CRM, your APIs, your software, your infrastructure. Each tool is explicitly granted, scoped and monitored — capability is designed, never accidental.

Actions

What the agent is allowed to do in the world — send, create, update, execute. Every action is scoped, logged and reversible. Autonomy grows with demonstrated reliability, not by default.

Guardrails

The hard limits that keep autonomy safe and compliant: what the agent must never do, spending and volume ceilings, data boundaries, regulatory constraints. Enforced by architecture, not by hope.

Supervision

Human oversight where it matters: approval gates for consequential actions, escalation paths for uncertainty, complete audit trails for accountability. You stay in command of the system.

Evolution

The system is measured in production — quality, cost, outcomes — and improved on a continuous loop. What underperforms gets rebuilt; what works gets extended. AI systems are grown, not shipped.
